S.E.Stenner has been writing thriller stories and horror fiction since she was seventeen. Plus a plethora of short stories and poems on the side too. Her works focus mainly in the genres of Horror, Thrillers and Psychological fantasy.
S.E.Stenner has always loved stories, however being dyslexic she came late to the world of books and literature, and she spent much of her youth steering clear of reading as much as possible. It wasn't until January 2002, when as a New Year's Resolution Sara set herself the challenge of reading every book in her childhood bookcase, and finally this was when she found her great love of reading. It was a long slog at first, but with every book she devoured she came to appreciate the written word more and more, and by July of that year with every book from her bookcase read in its entirety, Sara picked up a pen and began to write!
Going into the field of writing with a learning disability like Dyslexia, brought its own challenges to becoming an author. Sara however tried not to let it hold her back, and in the words of the writer herself:

Along with writing novels, S.E.Stenner has also competed in several short story and poetry competitions over the years. She was also part of the online writing community Authonomy which was run by Harper Collins, up until 2015.
